And the video showing runners for 7.00 not this 6.30, bonkers
By:
Been like it for ages. Yes they have some big fields of novices, but like you say they seem to make no effort.

we'll do what we want...
we'll do what we waaaaant... we are Kempton/Sandown/Newbury... we'll do what we want. (and the BHA does nowt about it). |
By:
Bone idle stall handlers,cesspool imo
By:
around 12 or 15 min late then...?
By:
You couldnt make this up. They get a delay, Make no effort to catch up and then clash with the only other meeting on. And its all fine! :)
By:
What will be done,sweet FA!
By:
Stall handlers as usual looking like they've never seen a horse before..
By:
they will just say 'green 2yo's' etc...
BHA will say 'that's fine'... mug public treated like scum as per usual... does the media / pundits every query the COC ? do they fk. |
By:
and they wonder why folk have had enough of racing ffs.
By:
Absolute shambles!

Thing is these Patricians want us as mates when it comes to petitions against affordability checks
By:
Im not betting at Kempton now tonight. The timekeeping is a joke. Ive no idea when a race is going to happen so il focus on other stuff

Thing is these Patricians want us as mates when it comes to petitions against affordability checks --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- correct devils... then treat us like scum when they don't want our help... fkn dreadful state of affairs. |

if i had a pound every time a presenter sucked up to Andrew Cooper i'd have £2000 by now.

What do forumites think of that yank lass babbling away, is she any good? better than average?
By:
The whole Track is based upon am American Theme = Different coloured Saddlecloths - bloody large Furlong Markers - and ...
Even - Rachel Candelabra, on RTV ![]() So - Starting at any old Random time - Just like All American Courses do ..... fits perfectly. |
By:
BHA more interested in limiting runners than sorting out the starting stalls issue.
By:
Last meeting here Dec 6th. Mins over off time: 0 / 0 / 2 / 3 / 3 / 6 / 7 / 10 / 12
One delay and you can forget about punctual timekeeping thereafter at Kempton - I'm sorry but this is shockingly poor from the course management. There was a race in Ireland recently which was off 15mins late and they were off to time for the next. The imbeciles at the BHA fail to understand that until you can get the very basics right you'll have no chance of reversing horseracing's spiralling decline into oblivion... |
By:
Rachel is top class and one of the best if not the best of them all.
By:
If Sparrow (who doesn't engage in toxicity on here) says she is top drawer, then she's top drawer
By:
I delayed an appoinment to watch the 7.00. Just put the stream on and it looks 15 minutes away - so sod it I'm off out.

dundalk -
5 / 1 / on time / on time / 1 / on time / on time |

Success of racing is all about the money - and if u dont get punters punting how are u gping to generate profits - it's not rocket science, jokey club - fine these courses as they cost u big bucks every time they are slow and seemingly not worroied about it and then no attempt to time the other race mtgs to be flexible and maximise betting opportunities.

Never moved since the banded days….they don’t give a hoot regarding the fodder….
By:
Only 8 Runners in the 7:30 race - and Off = 14 Minutes late
Kempton does seem to be a self-indulgent entity .... and nearby Sandown, too |
By:
Ffs shes lost her horse now...
By:
Should have closed it down when the JC wanted to
By:
I think they should bring in staggered times
By:
I thought Kempton's apathy was staggering enough. How many times have we seen delays in race starting because of issues and in pretty much ever other situation the courses reduced the delays in the following races.
