Is there a problem with RTV tracks on the live video feed?

looking grim for RTV LV users today... none listed yet... i contacted them and they say a 3rd party is looking at it. |

not only is it not on the BF live video schedule but there is also no ICON on the race page where you can click on LIVE

BF live video is now a direct racecourse feed, different graphics etc, and not the RTV feed.
Any idea of video lag etc? |
