presumably it was a lot of people who thought it was a goal. As if the market as a whole thought it was disallowed, it wouldn't be matched that low.

that's common enough. they suspended it for the goal and unsuspended it as usual. but after var ruled it out they never suspended it again - so all bets in that timeframe will be voided
