Watched the race with interest purely to see how they would get it beat, being a Haggas shortie and all. Lo and behold given no chance. Mystifying how Haggas gets the horses he does,  whatever his winning figure is at the end of the season it should be double.

On rubbish days (basically most of the week) away from the plethora of handicaps it's amazing how many times the layers can get the day's 'good thing' beaten, whether it is trained by Haggas, or anyone else. It's almost like they don't want punters to win.

If you look back at the season as a whole that's been generally the case. And not only beaten but back of the tele jobs.
