Anyone know what's happening with Warren Place, Henry Cecil's old gaff? A pal in Newmarket says Godolphin have spent an absolute fortune on the place since buying it in 2015. Before lockdown a new trainer was rumoured to be moving in. Any news?

"The Racing Grapevine" in yesterday's RP reported that Godolphin have put up for sale two of their training yards - Shadowfax Stables and the adjacent Craven House Stables on the Hamilton Road. The pair can be bought as one lot for £2.25 million.

The article does mention Warren Place, which Godolphin bought in 2015, but doesn't say what the plans are for it.
