Not sure what he was waiting for Laugh

Finally, he went around the outside, Eddie "nowhere to go" about 100 yards on his right

the pundits are telling us he was "waiting for a gap".......the 300 yards of open grass to his immediate right was not big enough one assumes?

Unlucky if you was on that.
Should really get a clear run with the width of the track.

You can blame the trainer as well for legging him up he’s always been average.

Hannon needs a good rider as number one and sack the dross in the yard…

Sam gets a chance to atone Wolvo 7.30, up 1lb down a grade, must go close imo. I've had a bet, will have another if it keeps drifting.

An awful lot of average flat jockeys riding today , most totally moderate! You could take any lad/girl off the street and they could be riding winners within a couple of months.
One of the few sports where woman can compete and beat the boys! Enough said Laugh

pundits making excuses for jockeys does not make for good listening...

Martin Dixon said before the race today that 'the horse met trouble in running last time it ran here'...

well that's true to an extent i suppose...

the main trouble it met was having Hitchcott on it and sitting there doing nowt whilst the race unfolded...

'met trouble in running' is the sort of comment that simply ain't good enough quite frankly...

taking the public for complete fools yet again.
