Tried contacting Betfair help but all I get is a 'Virtual' agent asking me if I have an e-mail address linked to my account.

Yes, hopeless, I posted about this earlier on the " weekend betting " thread, I didn't think for a minute BF would be bothered, bunch of xxxx imo. Virtual agent my arse.!

Tried again and found that if you type 'None of the above' to the Virtual agents questions you get
transferred to a person. Anyway, I've been advised that the issue has been referred to the appropriate and would I please wait 24 hrs for an update. |
