Tried contacting Betfair help but all I get is a 'Virtual' agent asking me if I have an e-mail address linked to my account.

Yes, hopeless, I posted about this earlier on the " weekend betting " thread, I didn't think for a minute BF would be bothered, bunch of xxxx imo. Virtual agent my arse.!
The real agents are probably tanning themselves on a beach in the south of France!
They are all sat on that Twitter thing instead of having a presence here on our forum.
Tried again and found that if you type 'None of the above' to the Virtual agents questions you get
