All the pubs and clubs use to take bets of their customers all over the country.thousands and thousands of bets each day.All these bets were placed on betfair by bar tenders and pub managers during the day.Most pubs had a screen with the live betting in the corner.EACH CUSTOMER who had a bet could sip his pint and look at the in running screen hoping to see a blank box on the blue side of the screen when the race was over"it ment his horse had won.But some bright spark at betfair put an end to these millions of bets each day when he started to shuffle the race horse positions on the live market. Now all the punters place their bets with a bookie because it is safe."if you back the top horse on a betfair live race screen you still have to check when the race is over to see if betfair moved its position. |

ramruma,nothing illegal about you placing a bet for an old age pensioner who has forgot his glasses and can not understand modern technology .and yes there are many many red lions down at least a grand a day since the betfair shuffler took action.  |

swifty i am not talking about a one off pub with no TV ,i am talking about THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS pubs,clubs,factories,offices,every kind of work all over the land and millions upon millions of bets each day have moved from betfair to bookmaker because of the betfair shuffler.Trade on betfair is seriously down and anyone who bets on the site can see this,but gamblers did not give up gambling ,they just moved from A back to B.
