Makinmedoit I think is overpriced at 50/1. 45/1 with 4 places with B365 (down to 25/1 and 6 places with them). Hayley got into a bit of trouble in this race last year but finished with a flourish in 5th. So good course form and hope Hayley can sit it just behind this time with no traffic problems. Looked at the forecast and rain not expected till around 1500 so might get away with it.

the fav may be too good but it has question marks against it after last run ,i will take her on with godolphins sapphire seas an improving well bred type who could be a bit better than listed class in time and likely to continue progressing around 13/2 on here also a few quid ew on persist who was a good 2nd last time and around 33s on here or bigger could outrun her odds .

Not a terrible run, she's not going to be as good as everyone first thought. But can win listed races. The winner is the type who probably doesn't show much at home and saves it all for the track.

I was in the non stayer camp after Ascot. Wouldn't change that view yet but clearly something else at play. You don't need a 90 day break after not staying especially by waiting you hit softer ground.

Just looking back she was visually impressive in the two wins. Just wonder whether she's all pace ( 1m optimum ) The best she's beat is a 1m6f ( soft ) horse.

thanks tatt and elg , raindrops falling from heaven ,last 2 or 3 months been a lean time always are tbh ,type of races i prefer to play in the good to firm summer going favours the shorter priced horses, ie front of the market but once the rain gets in the ground this time of year it should give the bigger priced outsiders more chance hopefully .good luck all.
