Totally lopsided this draw until they've played next game outside the pool.
A & B = France/Blacks vs Saffer/Ireland C & D = Fiji/Wales/Australia vs England/Japan/Samoa So two of the first two pools go out in the next round and they are the top 4 fav's in tournament And two of the other groups will make the semi final Thank god the groups criss cross in the semi so real teams will make the final. |

For England to make the final though SS they'd have to beat one of the teams from A or B in the semi fial , which they'd be big outsiders.

draw was made on world rankings at the start of 2020. at that time wales were ranked 4th in the world.
wales weren't even in the top 4 in last seasons 6 nations. |
