These used to be the colours of the EERC (Emirates Entertainment Racing Club). They had winners with Richard Guest back in 2009/10.

They race mainly in the UAE and South Africa.

"Emirates Entertainment Racing Club (EERC) is one of Dubai’s oldest and most successful syndicates. Justin Byrne and his wife Rebecca are founders and managing partners of EERC"

Thank you - ged  -  Good research

I note that EERC - or eerc  - Have had numerous Syndicates over the years - But all with a Name added to - eerc - such as a Horse name, or individual person name ...

Similar to what Highclere and other Syndicates do.

Colours obviously originally Registered abroad, more than probably in the UAE - as anticipated.

I have not seen Justin Byrne's colours in the flesh but they are very similar to the EERC colours. I would guess he has taken advantage of the relaxation of the rules to register a set of multi coloured hoops.
