Please stop with them. There are races which are more competitive aleady, they're called handicaps/nurseries. Stop trying to make every tier (outside pattern races) of horse racing "competitive". Some of us like backing odds on shots in uncompetive fields. Please stop messing about with things and put them back to how they were.
