Weak in the market, and in just a six runner field you would think a jock would be hard pressed to make more of a mess of things. You wouldn't believe the horse just made all the last time it visited Ripon. Ran up so many blind alleys you would think the horse was having it's first run.

Pretty sure if Darragh was a little braver he could’ve forced his way through for the last blockage….the won that forced him to stop and switch out 2 lanes.

Almost like he was a little scared.

Sheeeet if that was Irad Ortiz he’s going for that half a gap and giving you an elbow in the face for good measure too.

Is Alex that 'never criticise anything' Hammond?

He lost the race in the first few yards. The horse has had five runs and he needed to make the most of that experience. For some reason he wasn't conmmitted to do that. After that the race was a total shambles. Yes, the horse wasn't rattling home, but that was a result of that shambles. This should have been a simple point and fire ride. You put the ride and the market unease together and it doesn't look very good. That's being kind.
