He's constantly getting done, getting bans, going to training courses.
Comes back and does it immediately again. Would not have won on Henry's Friend at Newbury (3 horses in a mudfest close finish) if he hadn't gone several over the limit, only a week or two ago. A cheat and his licence should be in consideration if this happens once again. |

Between July and Dec 2022 just over a year ago, he had 5 whip bans in 6 months, then another 3 offences in the next 6 months. |

I just re-watched that race, it's blatant cheating. I'm surprised beaten rivals aren't more vocal about it, that would have more effect than bans which seem to make no difference as far as Woods is concerned.
