Quite agree, isleham.....No thought at all to the many thousands on holiday who might just fancy a day out at the races.

I might be in a minority but I love days like today, steady pace, concentration on specific races, not jumping about to other distractions. And good spread with one meeting following from the end of the other.

Just 3 meetings all day today , up to 10 meetings some Saturdays.
Wherever the line in the sand is between 3 & 10 you can please some of the people some of the time but not all of the people all of the time.
