I did a Subject Access on a Bookmaker Account

They had shared my personal info such as username, ip, device id, Year of Birth, Address with the sportsbook provider (3rd party) - the said 3rd party restricted me on this brand and other brands (before i even placed a bet, so this information was def used outside the scope of the brand i joined) - i read their privacy policy and terms and no mention that this info is shared. I can complain to ICO but they seem pretty useless. Just wondering thoughts on other options?
