Charlie Hills another one that couldn't Train grass to grow.

So many poor and/or rancid outfits. However, I don't believe it's wise to dismiss any of them completely. The ability their beasts have is more important than their ability to train them(or pull them in many cases) While there are some trainers hosses you'll take in a heartbeat when you believe x value is on offer, the poor/rancid outfits need to match closer to xxx value(odds at least stable or moving in right direction) before you chance them. Certain trainers earn that circumspect approach.
