just tried to lay a dog and got "account suspended" message - anyone else having issues?

:D True Longbridge - long record of laying dogs :D - shhhh - anyway turns out they suspended my account because I didn't give full name of mother, just surname - apparently wonderful security - it cost me money trying to innocently find out why they didn't have pictures from Nottingham (usual standard - it's the 3rd parties fault probably) - anyway I'm moving to Purple even with crap liquidity - enough of this nonsense

I initiated a chat to ask why Nottingham dogs had no pictures - I gave DOB and Mothers Maiden name - because I entered surname rather than full name, they suspended account for security purposes (in case someone was pretending to be me to find out why video wasn't working :D). Just more OTT crazy stuff - all part of today's gaming experience. It cost me - actually in the past I was often compensated for such nonsense - when I was an important account to them. They don't do that anymore. New guard.

yeah mothers maiden name as additional answer - quite normal - but just funny being temporarily suspended for ONE mistake - even the most sophisticated captchas give you a few goes :D

I spelled my first pets name wrong and bank account
was suspended, lol, phoned them up,.. What's going on sorry sir blah blah blah, but how can you trust them again when entering answers to security questions What if I spelled it wrong in initial submission.. They won't tell me. Must be same on here, take care!!! |

Usernames, passwords, codes to the mobile phone and security questions for family names drives us older people mad. I suppose the under 50s quite enjoy it all though
