Case, in one of the first BBC news reports about this case, they said that the family who had lived there and subsequently fled abroad, were from Pakistan.

Not been mentioned on following reports, which I found strange

on first reading this it read like  a ten year old girl had murdered 3 men ..........very sad !

Detectives investigating the death of a 10-year-old girl at a house in Surrey have said no-one else was in the property when she was discovered.

The girl was found at the address in Hammond Road, Woking, at about 02:50 BST on 10 August.

Detectives are trying to trace three people who they say were known to the girl and who have left the country. No arrests have been made.

A post-mortem examination is due to be held on Tuesday afternoon.

How come more is not reported about this poor child eg who was she?; who were her parents?; who were the people who left the country?; how were they related to the dead child?; where did these people go to after leaving the UK?

I think it's a sad day if a news embargo has been put on this case.

The poor girl is Sara Sharif. And, the scumbags involved or associated with her murder have absconded to Pakistan, it seems , their country of origin. No doubt holed-up in a distant village in a concrete contraption like bin Laden.

Why do the Police not name the 3 adults in question or where they might have fled to? I understand this has turned into an International manhunt so why withhold the identities?

I do not know why the police are withholding the identities but it is possible they do not want to prejudice extradition hearings. They will not want these people to argue in court that they should not be extradited back to Britain because they will not get a fair trial owing to three weeks of Daily Mail headlines telling any potential jurors these men are guilty.

A 10 year old child being found murdered in a posh Surrey area would ordinarily be leading the news in the broadcast media for days. Utter tumbleweed for this, can't think why.

The article I read in the Surrey Comment read that the body was discovered by police in Hammond Road at around 2.50am on August 10.

Why would the police be breaking into a random house, in a sleepy town, in the middle of the night? There is plenty that must be getting suppressed about this.

A judge recently set one of these chaps free after he beat and injured his daughter with an iron rod outside her school. Not the first time he'd injured her but he was allowed home.

How on earth can a father ever do any harm to a daughter?

I read that she'd gone to school wearing makeup. I think the mother suggested she wear it to hide the bruises he'd recently inflicted. It must be more acceptable to injure your kids if religious culture is involved.

If what you said about the chap was true I'd like the chap brought back to the UK (the offence happened in the UK) and be flogged in public if proven guilty in court. I'd even advocate a task force sent to where this chap might be and either forcibly kidnapped him or execute him in his country.

The iron bar fiend is a different case. He was let off by a uk judge after the daughter he beat with an iron bar pleaded for leniency in court on his behalf. Possibly as she thought if he went to jail, she would be ideologically blamed and end up dead.

The other day I saw footage of a thug taking a long run up and sucker punching a policeman straight in the face. He could have ended up dead. This was all caught on cctv. Irrefutable. The judge gave the thug a £135 fine.

I think the judge was seriously mistaken in giving credence to a mercy plea from a vulnerable victim.
I suspect the real reason he was allowed to walk was his religion, just my opinion.

Offence happened on British soil thus appl=uy British Law. Country of origin of offender or religion  or faith does not come into it.

What the kids usually want is dad (or mum) to stop hitting them or fondling them but they don't want the family broken up. They still love the 90 per cent of daddy who takes them to McDonalds, pushes them on the swing and reads them bedtime stories. Unfortunately, social workers do not have magic wands.

No idea if it was genuine or not. But it should not be relevant. How can you trust the testimony of a child that gets beaten in public with an iron bar by her family? There are millions of families with an absent father these days anyway.

If it is true that three children are killed by their parents each month, then lots do not make the broadcast news. Especially since the media (and public) got excited about child sexual abuse and forgot about old-fashioned baby battering.

Earlier on the thread I suggested one reason the police might be keeping things from the media: so they do not prejudice the extradition hearing. If Sara's killer is arrested in Pakistan, the next step will be a Pakistan court hearing and perhaps also a political hearing to decide if he can be extradited back to Britain. His defence lawyers will argue that he cannot get a fair trial in England if the media has been running hysterical headlines.

Now, I might be wrong. Maybe they are just worried about "racists" stirring up trouble, which is why the raped girls in Rotherham were ignored, but it is at least plausible and, imo more likely.

Look, no adult must be allowed to iron-bar a kid esp a sibling in public outside their school irrespective of behaviour. British Law must be uphold regardless.

The systematic abuse stuff is an entirely different category. Equally horrendous. But typically those are cases that involve failures with different agencies, general state incompetence. It is notoriously difficult to prove murder in those cases where a baby dies. Esp in lockdown when all the agencies 'worked' from home. And we don't want to go down that particular rabbit hole as it's not related to this murder afaik.

A 45-year-old man has been found guilty of murdering a 15-year-old boy and attempting to murder the boy’s mother in Miles Platting in June last year.

Suleman Altaf attended his ex-partner’s home uninvited shortly after 9pm on 9 June 2022. He was carrying a knife and wearing a baseball cap, a surgical mask and latex gloves.

After letting himself into the house, he launched an attack upon her, stabbing her numerous times. When her 15-year-old son, Jakoub Szymancki, came to her aid, he stabbed the boy to the throat.

CCTV showed Altaf in the area of the house for three hours before the attack. He was in the house just two minutes before he was seen running away with blood on his face.

Jakoub Szymancki received a catastrophic injury to the blood vessels in his neck, plus defence wounds to his arms and was pronounced dead at 10.26pm. His mother received 13 stab wounds to her head and body, plus multiple facial fractures, a fractured rib and a collapsed lung.

After fleeing the scene Altaf took a £350 taxi to Slough where he attempted to cross the English Channel in a dinghy.

At 6.45pm on 10 June 2022, he was intercepted by RLNI lifeboat crew. After an hour of negotiations, when he told them he had intended to sail to France before travelling on to Portugal, he eventually agreed to leave the dinghy and was taken back to shore where he was arrested.

In interview he told police officers he had acting in self-defence after being attacked by the boy and his mother.

Today he was found guilty of murder, attempted murder and possession of a knife in a public place.

Opening the case, prosecutor Alexander Leach KC told the court that Ms Bastek and Mr Altaf were in a relationship between 2012 and 2015. She had three sons including Jakub, and they both had a son together, he said.

The relationship broke down in 2015 and Family Court proceedings began in respect of Mr Altaf having contact with their son, which concluded in May this year.

Jurors have been discharged in the case after Judge Patrick Field KC informed them that Mr Altaf was poorly and would not be well enough to return to court this week. The case was adjourned to January 9 next year for a new trial date to be fixed.

The issues are multi faceted, that the savagery is happening is one thing. But I don't even recall hearing about this case. It's pretty hard to find significant detail on the mainstream outlets, that pic and detail is from the MEN. Couldn't see any significant reporting of the conviction. The initial quote is from the CPS.

I am aspergers blackburn, and it has its benefits and negatives in equal measure, however it's something that I definitely wouldn't want to change. Anyway, it seems normal to me, but apparently one of the traits is that I identify patterns. I asked another poster to give me an example of a child being murdered in cold blood that didn't dominate the media. Purely by coincidence, I noticed this one when searching for something unrelated. Quite uncanny, the apparent correlation, do you not think? And the common denominators.

We did have weeks of a footballer kicking a cat, two wags wasting their husbands' money in court, a bloke touching up other blokes in a private club. And about six years of trump. You can see that those in charge of creating the narrative ensure that we are on top of the important stuff.

Anyone remember Lord Ali and his two family members? The former was found guilty after a trial of grooming young boys and girls in the 80's. The former was sent down still protesting his innocence; the other two were too ill (emotionally/mentally) to be brought to court. But, all of them are still in the UK no doubt drawing benefits. However, I hope the former Lord will be sent back to his home country upon his release.
