Think you need to re-phrase - and re-research your question.
Shamardal - did Not Win the "Prestige Stakes" Ownership: Abdulla Buhaleeba (lessee for first two races) Gainsborough Stud (Dewhurst Win) Godolphin |

Sorry, Vintage Stakes

Nobody - As far as I can see -
Those were Abdulla Buhaleeba FIRST Colours. He did not have any Ownership involvement in any other runner, either All according to racingpost. |

ahh ok. from the racing post article I thought that he might have gold silks...
... I was looking through the colours from 2019 and noticed he had 2 registered. But Gold with a tassel is registered to Mrs J A Wood. https://support.racingadmin.co.uk/opencms/export/sites/weatherbys/racing-admin-support/.galleries/racing-admin-downloads/Colours-Registered-as-of-1st-July-2019.pdf |

I have only ever known Mrs J Wood (An Exceptionally Lucky Owner - over many years - Horses Trained by Hannon - Both Father and Son) to be
... https://www.racingpost.com/profile/owner/43901/mrs-j-wood Her first colours, obviously . She had Solent in the Vintage Stakes -------------- Wood, Mrs J. Red, emerald green triple diamond, armlets and diamond on cap. Wood, Mrs J. A. Gold, tassel on cap. * Mrs J A Wood .... obviously an entirely different person. |

Yes - blackbarn - That is what racinpost.com - shows, too
https://www.racingpost.com/profile/owner/114199/abdulla-buhaleeba Just the tone on Photographs does not always present as identical - and this is a Sunny day - with the colours printed on shiny Silk ... not Matt Paper. Shamardal was - Number 8 on the Racecard, too. -------------- Have you dried out from yesterday, at Goodwood - yet ? |

From the BHA 2019 pdf
Buhaleeba, Mr Abdulla White. Buhaleeba, Mr Abdulla (second colours) Orange |

I will leave our Colours expert - blackbarn - to either argue about, or enlighten us on, somebody having attained ALL WHITE colours.

could be a typo in the pdf...?
On a different but related item.... Why did Khalid Abdullah have his French runner run in the UK with the French silks (epaulets)when he had 5 registered colours in uk? Could he not have registered the epaulets as the second colours... |
|
By:
Buhaleeba does, or did indeed own the "all white" colours. I was not aware that the orange were now his second colours (if indeed they are!!!). His first colours have always been "all orange" and I don't think he owned the "all white" during his major ownership period. They were registered to a Lady Bruce in the 70's but I have no record of the change. Buhaleeba has not had a UK runner since 2004.

Forgot to mention that his 2004 Derby runner, Coming Again, wore the orange silks. Finished 13th.

Not sure if it helps.I was at Goodwood the day Shamardal won as a 2yo and definately wore orange.
