Whenever I change at Stoke to get to Uttoxeter, I always leave the station for a brief stroll around Winton Square. A place of fine, understated architecture and civic dignity.
My question is: what am I missing? Because I spent the first 18 years of my life in Slough. I know what urban despair looks like, and quite frankly I can't see it in Stoke.

I could see he was hurting but it was just too funny for me lol
