small but select field and blue rose cen comes here with a big reputation and the form to back it up tbf ,french gns and oaks winner she is going to be hard to beat , she is one of a few who probably havent yet reached their peak . nashwa is obviously very good but a bit short and i like the look of al husn who is the other one who hasnt fully shown her hand yet . a winner of 6 of her 7 races and looks to be getting better ,has a fair bit to find on ratings but has the potential and this well bred filly has already btn nashwa albeit narrowly at newcastle on her last start .was btn by via sistina her only defeat at newmarket but that one may have picked up the pieces given a master class ride by frank . whatever she looks big 12/1 or bigger bog imo. selection al husn 12/1 or better win bet and 3 places on here good luck opinions encouraged.
thanks glen , yeah the fav might have won with a better ride but they dont pay out on might have wons ,anyway i just couldnt see why al husn was such a big price compared to nashwa having btn her last time .

Well done. I read your posting this am but couldn't go away from the French horse. Aside than dire steering by the incompetent frog jock,I think your AH would still have won. Cursing because I often follow your measured selections. Hope you had a few shillings on.

thanks tom yeah i can see where you are coming from regarding the fav ,she looked the bizz and her trainer seemed very confident but goodwood is a tricky track and luck /good or bad often plays a part , have sorted a race out for tommorow just a matter of getting the prices and enough on will stick a thread up tommorow for what its worth , june july august usually a lean time for me as the form horses i.e the front of the market seem to win the lions share of the races i like to play in probably due to good firmish going but the recent rain and going change gives me a better chance fingers crossed .

was a bit more cautious today tom and dint have as much on as i usually to get on (then again when they win you can never have enough on ) but cant complain tbh.

Well done Foyles, another good pick up. I was busy being delayed on the railways yesterday so missed it. Think Crowley must have retrieved his recent fine with his earnings yesterday.

Great pick Foyles, well done. I used the same tactics in the Nassau as you're doing today in the Nostrum race and backed two each way against the short ones. Unfortunately for me I chose Above the Curve and Caernarfon so a small loss. Shows you can still lose when you've got it right, sort of. Good luck today.
