Backed Soul Seeker at 20s before the off on the opener at York yesterday returned 25s. Betfair only paid out at 20s said I could no longer have Best Odds Guaranteed, I queried but stated decision final by the traders. Also no longer eligible for any bonus etc. This all after the race, thought should have paid out at 25s and then sent me the letter at least. Lost a bit of faith in the product.
Q Has it happened to anyone here and after closing wondered if FPP was also effected. Any ideas?
Guess being steered away from Sports Book. Had issues with Power in the past but not Sportsbook.

If you have taken 2% comm on the exchange you lose sportsbook promotions like BOG, could it be that?
To the OP's second question I don't *think* that paying double result (FPP and official) counts as a bonus for these purposes - but I confess I don't have any evidence to hand. Just that Ihavenever heard of anyone on here complaining that it had not been paid.
Well you do say you had previous issues with Power Betfair. Nuff said.
