Probably frightened that they might have backed it on the exchange instead of the bookmakers. Can't let that price out on the air after all of the 150/1 screaming.
And everyone who backed it with the bookies will be promptly gubbed.

Why would u be gubbed backing a 150/1 that opened 66
There was money for it with at least 5 bookmakers this morning , when it showed at 80/1 in their lists. I backed it at 140 on here just to £1.50, also backed Alfred for £44 at 5.6 for full disclosure. Can't believe I didn't beat the SP ?
To be honest I didn't see anything, but the horse had run only 3 times , and some people wanted to back it at 80/1, so I put a back in at 140.
I laid it in it's 2 previous races and I almost certainly would have laid it in-running but luckily had to go out for a hour. Bullet dodged.
Blunder has a similar mindset to myself. If a horse has been layed at 4.0 for good money, Im happy to offer 3.5. All of those layers cant be wrong
