From BBC report : Francis spent half the year in Spain and the rest in Solihull. He suffered a heart attack 11 years ago and had kept himself fit since with daily power walks. He had an annual health check through the League Managers' Association and, according to his spokesman, was "enjoying life very much". |

I don't know why people are so obsessed with so-called power walks. A gentle walk is just as beneficial.

That seems very poor, and not in keeping with his nice bloke image. Did he say why not?
Presumably, he spent half a year in Spain for the hotter temperatures? I am surprised he made a reasonable fist of management as he never really appeared tough enough for that side of things. |

I knew a woman about a decade ago whos 13 yr old son died of a heart attack after running up the stairs at home.
