NO longer exists - peter ...

It is All - 'Live Chat' (or UNlive Chat, more like Cry) - or - They say - The best way is - Twitter ...

But, of course - You need to have a Twitter account - and many of US more seasoned Betfair users - do Not do Twitter (and Facebook, and Instagram, and Tik-Tok etc) .... on principle

Welcome back - by the way ... Not seen you post in ages.

There is no email or phone number for Betfair CS (for mortals without account managers, at least).

Your options are webchat or Twitter.

onlooker - I have never understood your not using Twitter 'on principle'.  I get not wanting to get involved in the inanity of social media, but it is perfectly possible to use Twitter just like email.

Or is it something else that I have missed?

Perhaps I am being presumptive - longbridge - and you can tell me ...

What Personal details do you have to 'divulge'/Register with Twitter - in order to have an Account?

That being why - I do not, and will not, share all my Personal details with google - by having a highly intrusive google Account.

Many/most internet users probably do not even know that they are part of googles enormous database of almost everyone - by enthusiastically signing up to/joining Youtube to watch Influencers and other inconsequential carp.

Twitter is fine to use as CS from my experience - I barely use it to post anything else.

Absolutely incredible a company this size dealing in real money situations has no phone number or email address

I find bigger companies are more like that generally jim - they don't want to read through 1000's of emails every hour do they?

It costs money/wages to have somebody answer the Phone, or read, and answer, emails.

Customer perception, and loyalty, appear to be negligible (if even thought of and/or considered) set against an 'extra few bob' in the company till.  Cry

It's the cheapest customer service package possible (type-talk with off-shored agents).

Affectionately known in the trade as the "Why My c Fy" package (We've Had Your Money, You Can Feck Yourself).

Hope you all have two-step authentication on your twitter accounts. So many accounts getting hacked these days, wouldn't want my betfair details in a DM.
