He has done similar before -
Apart from Group race runners, such as Confidential Lady etc - Sir Mark has sent the odd Maiden or (as in this instance a previous Winner) to run in the likes of the Qualified Riders' race at 8:20p.
Perhaps he is reliving his youth - when he used to rid in such races.
