If i owned the horse and had my dosh on it the guy would never ride for me again.
Jockeys know when the owner has had a big punt. thats part parcel of the job. |

Definitely something up. Backed from 7-4 to 11-10. No way was that stable money. Has him in last and runs on for 4th as has been said. He's either at it or has no brain. And Hannon is impossible to read. They got the lot there. You HAVE to pull them in. It was a disgraceful ride.

Commiserations to bettors. Nothing more frustrating than a ride like that sinking a bet.

He looks a sizable, good-bodied sort, who's seemingly bred for longer trips, so not an obvious one for 7f round Wolver, particularly held up in a race with plenty of dead wood in it.

My money was on so I was obviously following the horse closely. It makes less sense when on paper he only had one horse to beat. Why would you not follow that horse or keep close tabs on it. Everything points to a crooked ride..... Unfortunately the gin soaked amateur stewards are too stupid to see a crooked ride.
This was worse than Pat Cosgraves recent calamity. |

if someone knew he was doing that they could dutch imperial dream at 13/8 and star sound at 6/1 and its very unlikely they're not collecting. half the field were a million to one.
one of which still beat him. |

Held up in rear, outpaced 3f out, headway over 1f out, switched right inside final furlong, ran on well, not reach leaders (op 7/4)

I backed it to be in 1st 3.....incredible ride tbh. Sums up my luck lately....makes me feel like packing the game up altogether as those in charge do little to uphold the integrity of the sport.
