We understand that pulio but expect to be told earlier than 20 minutes or so afterwards and their service team seem to have only just found out.

Anyone who has ever dealt with Betfair customer services at any level, should be well aware that the level of competence they display is usually reserved for someone serving you a big mac.

But I wonder if this says more about the company and management, rather than those staff themselves because you're right, they're all the same.

100% Darlo, when you've got a virtual monopoly the incentive to look after your customers with excellent service is well down the pecking order of company priorities. Common sense really.

mcdonalds an unfair comparison. i regularly visit mcdonalds and the staff there are rapid and operate under considerable pressure and almost never get it wrong. the operation is slick and i credit them for doing an unglamorousjob very well

notfair couldnt run mcdonalds. the rot set in long ago but the worst thing that happened was that slimeball breon corcoran 'consolidating' ie. getting rid of staff and not investing to stay ahead because he couldnt givvash1t about gambolling. he drastically cut costs to artificially drive up the share price and then scarpered with his giant bonus

Settled my bet incorrectly and now having to wait in a bloody queue for the traders to review it.  I gave them all the evidence in screenshots and cut and paste results yet still they could not manage.
