That is because .... YOUR Site PREFERENCES are Stored on against YOUR Account on the Betfair's own Site Main Frame/Servers (and NOT by Cookies on Your Computer) - as we recently discovered with our (Saved)'PINned Races' investigation ...
So - If you tried 10 different PCs/Laptops - and LOGGED-IN to Betfair ..... It would show the SAME PREFERENCES on ALL those separate Machines.... WITHOUT you having to Change the BET VIEW - INDIVIDUALLY - on EACH different Browser.
Try it.

If you are Logged-OUT of Betfair.... Then the Market will Display the Prices and AMOUNTS at the DEFAULT £2 -
- and Only REFRESH at 30 seconds intervals
ONLY - When You Log-IN to Betfair will the Market Display Change to whatever YOUR Settings are SET at.... along with Your Chosen Refresh Rate.
