I just caught the end of the interview with John Gosden after Soul Sister won the Oaks, did I hear him right when he said that Arrest's chances would be greatly enhanced if it rained from now until the race tomorrow.

It's Frankie effect. Arrest needs a monsoon between now and race time tomorrow for similar weather he encountered at Chester.
