How does this sit with this idea of showcasing the best of the sport?
There are eight meetings made up of what looks to be a very average Derby surrounded by loads and loads of garbage. You couldn't make a decent meeting out of the whole lot.
In fact the last month has been for the most part just a conveyor belt of mediocrity that can only be to the benefit of the bookmakers.

Probably shows they need to make the proposed changes next year.
It is just a warm up for the cup final.It will never go back to its proper place the 1st Wednesday in June
