Created on June 1, 2013, Jockeypedia first appeared listing just 98 jockeys. There are now just short of 5,000 jockey biographies listed and the site receives emails from all over the world. Thank you to everyone who has written to me over the years telling me to 'keep up the good work'. I will certainly try. George Wheeler.

Yes indeed George. A very useful source paricularly as Wiki is still very weak on British jockeys compared to other sportspeople.
