@hulk23 - well, I used it for quick results checks and for looking at historic races. Apart from those two reasons, not much else.
Find the layout friendly for racecards (especially the future racing) and results (pity it doesn't have future racing results) . Seems to be down again .
It's working ok on my iPad, but still not accessible using my Desktop Windows 10 PC.
Yes, eaten all the cookies (very tasty), but still no joy! I cleared the cookies, pressed CTRL/R to refresh, re-booted the PC and even switched off the router for 5 minutes and switched everything back on, then went straight to the 'Sporting Life' website and without any hesitation, it came up with the usual 'Hmmm ..... can't reach this page'. I'm hoping they'll be able to get it sorted in the next day or so. Might try and change the browser to see if that works. I'm using Microsoft Edge. I'll try Google Chrome and see if that works.
Yes, you're right. It seems to work fine with a VPN, but NOT otherwise.

Sporting Life works for some people but not others, and for some only if using VPNs or Tor.
Diagnosis: www.sportinglife.com has many IP addresses and is served by Amazon's Cloudfront CDN. From what is described, one or more of Cloudfront's edge servers, and/or one or more of SL's origin servers (almost certainly hosted on AWS) is malfunctioning.
Solution: try and interest SL in the problem because only they can fix it. Ironically, if you can't get to the SL website, you can't see how to contact SL.
Workarounds, you could try using one of SL's other IP addresses in your PC's hosts file or try a different DNS provider (if you know what you are doing). Or try again in a few minutes and hope you resolve somewhere else. A professional would have looked up SL's DNS TTL before typing this.
Hmm. I guess there is an outside chance you have configured somewhere along the line to use IPv4 only and are getting an IPv6 address back, but you'd have noticed that before the last day or two.

All this is academic now it seems as I've just tried accessing the SL website WITHOUT using my VPN and hey presto it all seems to be working fine now. Obviously SL have been aware of the problem and have got their people to look into it and fix it.

On and off for me, only just started using as well as it is a lot quicker than atr site
It's working for me now. Have I missed anything important?
