Most of the films are a pile of c rap though, you're better off going on Youtube and watching 40's and 50's film noir , far superior.

Far too subjective & personal taste to even begin a discussion.
I would suggest that "Parasite" is in both of those categories, and certainly has been very critically acclaimed. Although on Amazon Prime, it's an absolute gem of a film and I would score it a very deserving 9.2/10 with the thumb.
If you haven't seen it yet then you're in for an absolute treat, it's rather magnificent.
