There's a bloke on Sky sports racing called Tom Collins
He usually picks the fav having got bigger prices earlier in the day. Uncanny it is. I'll wait and see what the maestro plumps for ![]() |

sorry, just having a dig at TC
The fav Mage survived an injury scare to his eye this a.m. but they are going to run him. Drifting in usa says Tom Can't have a bet knowing this stuff |

I know FORTE was scratched from the Ken Derby on vet's advice but why no show in the Preakness?
|
|
By:
Answer here;
His absence from Pimlico stems from his race-day scratch at the Derby on May 6. As reported by the Daily Racing Form on May 8, that automatically placed him on the 14-day veterinarian's list. Hence, he is ineligible to run in the Preakness Stakes, which occurs two weeks to the day after the Kentucky Derby. The timing is so unlucky. |

Mage got clipped in after the 2nd favourite First Mission who was excellent in the Lexington
Stakes was withdrawn. He would’ve been a major threat. 8/11 is a shade generous now. There’s some absolute sh*te in here especially National Treasure. Only bet is Mage in a cross sports treble rolling into tomorrow. Don’t even think I’ll watch this live…much better races to come later in the year when Practical Move and Forte return and personal sleeper in the division…General Jim. |
