Hi skip - good to see you are still plundering the shops!
It sounds like a dodgy shop manager to me. There is a thread (at the top of the page) of the "General Betting" forum with a couple of people having the same experience. |

Report the manager. If the manager has form history comes next for the individual.

Get the name of the shop and address. Also the individual you dealt with; individual could have been the shop manager or a relief or an ordinary staff. You'd ask the shop punters if you do not want the individual to know you're reporting the discrepancy to head office.
Do the above in an email with a timeline for a reply. Keep chasing for update too. |

Think it's easy to scan a pocket of slips and see payout, get paid out, add it to balence, have another bet, put slip back in pocket rather than discard. Not saying this is what happened but would be short priced fav in my book.whatever happened you should be able to find out and be satisfied where and when slip was paid, if it was over counter or on terminal and work out whether its an oversight or summit else.

Ask the manager if he's attached to his kneecaps.

Skip- Ask for the Area Managers phone number - you never know, the shop manager might just miraculously realise he's made a mistake!
