If the Gosdens have any nsense at all they will do their utmost and whatever it takes to sign Oisin Murphy up, head and shoulders the best around at present provided he stays focused.
|

It took Kieran Fallon an awful long time to "make" it.... He was in Prendergasts for years, up north of England for years
BasilBrush is correct, Oisin Murphy is the next go-to-jockey |

If I remember correctly his dad didn't ride his claim out before he lost it through age.

Fallon Snr was commercial who got lucky,an undesirable (imo) Jnr is still in apprentice mould…imv
But senior in my opinion was a bad egg….the gentleman Henry gave him the chance of a lifetime…the rest is history King K ffs…. |

By:
Fallon didn't get lucky.
His big race wins & the people he rode for tell you that. |
|

Taking another Ballydoyle jockey, Mick Kinane, If i started a thread about him i don't think many would be coming on here saying he was bad egg or that he couldn't ride his claim out!!
Top Cess, Ballinger Ridge, 2 or 3 cocaine suspensions... won't be talked about as one of the greats! |
|
By:
Fallon rode 16 Classic wnrs aswell as other GP1s.
Top class jockey. |
|
By:
I don't think so....
It took him way to long scrubbing around getting no winners, for people to not see he was world class!! I forgot to mention Stuart Webster, another classy moment. |
|
By:
That's your opinion, which everyone's entitled to.
Mine differs from yours. |
|
By:
Webster deserved it. Fallon one of the best
|

By:
Thirsk and the likes, wins a group 3 for the Ramsdens and the media had him the new Lester ffs
Soft spoken whispers for all reasons…..he was a bully….imo… Straight as a cork remover 99.9% of past and present punters have big respect for the late Henry Cecil,I rest my case You made my world as a jockey now I will reward you by covering someone close to you……imo… Little reptile (in my opinion)….. |
