Tremendous to see a huge crowd of families enjoying the sun and a great race card tonight at Le Lion D'angers.
Compared with pi55ed up neds battling it out on the grassed areas at UK tracks waiting for some cr4p tribute band to appear. Just an embarassment.

usually a re-run too. 50 obstacles over 4.5 miles and they were a third way round. Amazing. |

It's the rules, if a horse had fallen and stopped them from jumping a fence, the stop the race and do the same, start at the same spot when it's clear to do so.

Happened to me at Auteuil but they restarted over the full distance. I was on a short runner too

Been some rollercoasters today - Havanea fell at the 2nd obstacle after the restart. Looked awful but all OK.
Great to go out on a high with an inspired ride by Stephane Pasquier on Asphodele Mia 19.43 Longchamp Not sure you will see a better flat finish all season. kerching  |
