don't think coolmore would ever do that because the risk/reward doesn't add up. She wouldn't be much more valuable with a Derby win v. Oaks win.

she won well but some getting carried away ..these might have be a load of shyte and the 2nd lost 6-8 lengths at the start and still beat everything bar the winner !

All very well offering 6/4 for a race several weeks away but unless you see say 4/7 it won't win then ante post will more often than not just be a way of sucking in punters who want to stare at an ante post slip until the day and if it wins tell people they backed it weeks ago , then feel good if it goes off 11/8 without considering the risks in the meantime

A filly from Coolmore in The Derby is not business-conducive as it'll impact negatively on the stallion fee. However, The ARC is a prudent proposition.

It wouldn’t surprise.is me if that was the worst listed race in the history of British racing, Totally irrelevant .Its what she did on the clock in the closing stages. Visual perception is everything stopped to a walk and she was just plugging on. |
