No idea how good the 12.48 race was but the winner, Beauvatier, was very impressive after a fairly slow start. By Lope de Vega he ought to stay much further than 1000 metres.

Sageform,

Difficult to know. All unraced 2 year olds, a nice run, last to first on the rail by CS, but i didn't think he quickened up as such, but ran on well, clearly the better of them. Time of 1.02.03 not fast, but it looks soft there

Only saw the first two before the GB racing got going. The result suggests that Big Rock is pretty good but heavy ground may be the reason for the big distances. Out of an Aga Khan mare though and his families usually want decent ground.
