It had been around second favourite for the Derby so just checked expecting it to be nearly favourite, but Betfair have shunted it out to 33/1 so you can guarantee it isn't going to run. What's been said?

Thanks

After I put the thread up I managed to track down something on Sporting Life which is presumably, much the same. I couldn't cash out, but it is quite hard to miss things like this. I can only assume something has gone wrong as you wouldn't choose to miss the Derby with a horse who would now be near enough favourite.

I think I had four ante-post Flat bets:-

Auguste Rodin & Little Big Bear (2,000 Guineas)
Statuette (1,000 Guineas)
Imperial Emperor (Derby)

Other than Little Big Bear they were big prices. The conclusion seems to be it isn't worth bothering with ante-post bets on the Classics. For all the Frankel's there are just far too many disappointments.
