Beverley bank holiday monday report

decided to go as weather looked ok, went on the course side a first with friends, 7 pound car 8 to get in, kids free was busier on course side than tatts / members, big crowd family day, you can take 4 cans or a bottle but no checks, so more ok, took portable chairs/table so did lots of others, fancied a fresh pint and at 6 for a amstel it was flat, one was enough, burger van nice burgers 5-95 the chips small 4 so not big que, a whippy icecream 4 so not cheap but better than paying 24 in members 16 in tatts, bookies looked busy on course side and partner took 9/1 ew and it was 14/1 sp ouch, see they are still fk the draw up by watering the low numbers more, as the wide draw better and the last 2 fav helped to a winning day as most of the racing was dire, as a family day out was good and value if your took your own food and drink as most did, need good weather
