I couldn't find this animal on the card for the last at Windsor.  There was a "Croeso" Cymraeg (Welsh for Welcome to Wales) pronounced "croozo" Cymraeg.  Was this the beast that the semi-literate commentator was after iyo?

don't blame the commentator, if you plan to run your horse 90% of the time in England then name it in English.

What an ignorant response. As someone who speaks Welsh Croeso definitely pronounced 'croyso' as Ramruma claims. Broadcasters go out of their way to get the French ones correct yet when it comes to a Welsh name little effort goes in.
