Having given up on web chat,to ask Betfair a question.I flew out to their headquarters to see if that’s any better.alas no luck there as well.
Found 365 headoffice,looks like they’re doing well.
But Betfair headquarters didn’t look to promising..

No. Cleaner she said. She speak no English. Just clears the mail and puts it in bin. 50k a year she’s on. Global head of communication.
