As a pundit, he was no Ruby Walsh. Useful in the old days when he'd pop up on the pre-Cheltenham Morning Lines and pick out the best of the Irish.

That was Dave Orton. Another conscript from the rather large waste bin that is the Racing Post and Timeform. Can't they look elsewhere for a change without box ticking? I don't like him either. He reminds me of Cunningham. If they had to go in that direction Ross Brierley has a far more relaxed style.
As for Ted how ironic is it all these cheerleaders praising him for supposedly just saying what he thinks? |
