After last ride on Brooklyn Nine Nine i would say a cheating little >>>>>>>toad , bad little boy!
Very little ability needed to make it as a flat jockey! If you can do the weight you're in , it seems to be that simple 
Jockey = Crook , that is the nature of the job ! not their faults alot of the time , paid to behave that way .
