if it's a race today you can try oddschecker

it has the time of withdrawl at the foot of the page and if you click on the withdrawn horse you get
https://www.oddschecker.com/horse-racing/haydock/14:05/winner/bet-history/with-respect
and can look at the price at the withdraw time

Thanks for the replies. I want to find the rule 4s from a couple of races from last week so oddschecker is no good unfortunately.
