any plans to reschedual that sandown meeting .....

The two group races for older horses (Mile and Gordon Richards) are being run at Newmarket next weekend. The Classic Trial isn't, as presumably it's felt that those horses can run at Chester/Lingfield/York, whereas there's no alternative option for the older horses.

Entries for the rescheduled Mile to be run on Friday are being made this morning and there are 12 already, all of the original runners, plus the likes of My Prospero and Native Trail to add even more quality.
